It's a Disney Christmas Part 1

I don't mean to be so bias however, Buena Vista and Carsland this Christmas look really AWESOME!!!!!!!!
I think its some of the best decorating ever. I think the Disneyland Resort Enhancement Team deserves many Kudos for all of their hard work.
They truly pulled it off.

A shot of the Christmas Tree. Next week I should be able to get some closer shots. There was a film crew filming in the front  of the tree so this is the best shot I could get.

A shot of the tower with the moon in the background.

A lovely picture of the Carsland Courthouse. I really like that Stanley was fitted with an actual Bronze Santa Hat & Bag.

Every Character has their own Christmas Tree which is another nice touch. Mater's is made out of junk with a spark plug tree topper.

Lugi's Tree is of course his tower of tires.

I love the ginger bread Cozy Cone Motel inside the Cozy Cone lobby.

Sarge's is all decked out in Red,White & Blue.

More great details. The wreaths are made of air filers, a tire, and wrenches in the shape of snow flakes.

The front entrance sign with the little snow car is fast becoming a very popular photo spot for guests to have their pictures taken.
That's all for now I will have more Holiday pictures in my next posting.

This is Halloween

Everybody scream!! Jack skeleton has once again taken over the Mansion. There are some new surprises in store.

The decorations look great at night. I love the main gate with Jack looking at the snow flake wondering,"What's This!"

The gingerbread house isn't the only thing that changes every year. The pumpkins on the carriage outside are also different each year.

Spookariffic!!!

Here's a day time shot.

The Carriage outside is decorated beautifully!!!

                                                              More pumpkins please!!!

Frankenweenie!!!! Such an awesome new detail. Love it!!! Sparky has dug his way out .

The Halloween Ray Bradbury Tree.

Ooooooh! Awe!!! The pretty pumpkins and lights.

Some Pumpkin happiness going on over at Big Thunder Ranch.

Every year there is a newly carved Yoda.Very Cool!!!!

Over by the pumpkin carving there is kind of a little Halloween Carnival set up.

Here are some of the posters on the Villain tent.

El Zolcalo. El Fabio. Love all the colors.

Over at DCA it's Frankenweenie!!!! There is a little 4D sneak peek teaser trailer which is very cool.

Over at the Disney Animation Building Tim Burton Frankweenie sculptures are on display.

By The way Sparky is a English Bull Terrier. Which I love because, I have an English bull terrier. Which are the most protective, lovable and loyal dogs ever. They are also the most stubborn and very hard to train.

This concludes my Halloween blog for this week.
There are so many Halloween details it is so hard to pick a favorite.
Next week I will cover a few more Halloween details and then
it will be time for Christmas.

Down on the Bayou

This week's blog I go on a journey through my favorite land,"New Orleans". I decided to get a few photo's of "The Mansion" before Jack Skellington takes it over. The little rascal will have this infamous structure covered in skulls, pumpkins, candles and cob webs 3 weeks from now.
Yes, the holidays are once again upon us. Get ready for 4 months of Halloween,Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year bliss.

A photo showing the ghost horse pulling the hearse. I love this.

This photo was taken 4 years ago on a cloudy rainy day. The Mansion looks so eerie and quite. "Welcome foolish mortals to the Haunted Mansion".

A classic shot of the front of "The Mansion". I just love the roman columns."The Mansion" opened in 1969 the year I was born. It's kinda fun to have a Disneyland attraction the same age as you are.

I took this photo just before sunrise. Ooooo spooky. I like this lighting effect on the mansion it makes it look kinda creepy.

My favorite fastpass area. I like all the statues.

I just love the planet material in and around the fountain. It fits the theme perfectly.

The majestic Quercus agrifolia (Coast Live Oak) in front of the French Market. This tree is one of my favorites. It is a fine specimen and has great beauty. When I am a guest I love to sit under this tree and eat a bucket of popcorn.

Another favorite photo spot. Can't wait until it's decorated for Christmas.

Last year's Christmas decorations. These masks are way cool. Such detail. They must of taken hours and hours to put together.

The Mansion from the train station. This is one of those are you at Disneyland shots? I like taking pictures of areas at Disneyland that look like they could of been taken anywhere. This is the magic that's Disneyland to feel like you have been transported somewhere else.
